Our Corner
Champions Choice was built on a simple idea: the discipline of the ring and the mat should be available to anyone willing to show up. Our coaches bring real competition experience in boxing and jiu-jitsu, but our floor is built for first-timers, weekend warriors, and future champions alike.
Every class blends technique, conditioning, and mindset — because the strength you build here is meant to leave the gym with you.

The Fight Card

Fundamentals to fight-camp conditioning — footwork, combinations, mitt work, and sparring for those who want it. Built to sharpen reflexes and build real confidence.
No-gi and gi instruction for every belt level, from white belt fundamentals to advanced live rolling. A patient, technical mat room focused on real growth.
Strength and conditioning built from combat-sport training — circuits, bag work, and mobility for anyone chasing a stronger, more capable version of themselves.

Sensory-aware coaching and flexible pacing so every athlete can train at their own speed, in a space built for them.
Parents and caregivers are part of the corner too — open mats, family nights, and a gym floor that welcomes everyone in.
A portion of every membership supports local autism awareness programs and scholarship spots for youth fighters.
